The true meaning of Personal Success

So as a corporate trainer and performance enhancement coach, people always ask me - what is the key to success?  There is only one answer - Carpe Diem.  This is a Latin phrase which literally translated means 'harvest the day'.  It can also mean 'seize the day'.  There is only one thing you can do with your life and that is to 'Live it!'.  After all eventually when we die nobody remembers us after are buried or cremated.  My personal perception of success is to make sure that no matter what that I control the situation - not the situation control me.
